US/UK Experience is must at least one year in voice process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Selling products and services using solid rebuttals to prospective customers.
• Performing cost-benefit analyses on existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customers through email leads (Warm Leads) and inbound calls (Hot Leads).
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Relevant industry/domain expertise in sales or Customer service for one or more industry verticals.
• All these responsibilities to be performed on an Inbound queue & Outbound calls (Night Shifts).

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Rep.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Should be from a Sales Background
• Min 1-2 years’ experience in US Call Centre / Voice Process (Night Shift)
• Graduates with minimum 1 year work experience.
