HOW TO IDENTIFY RECRUITMENT FRAUD?
- Demands for cash or money orders throughout the recruiting process. Any normal employment procedure at Orbit never includes inquiries of this nature. In other instances, they could give you a check to deposit before telling you they overpaid and asking for a partial return from you.
- The scammers may carry out the entire process through email, but they frequently demand that recipients fill out phony job paperwork, such as application forms, terms and conditions of employment, or visa documents. In the documentation, the Orbit Softek name and logo may be falsely shown.
- Personal data is requested up front, including address information, birth date, a résumé or CV, passport information, bank information, etc.
- Candidates may be asked to get in touch with other businesses or people, such as attorneys, bank employees, travel agencies, courier services, visa, and immigration processing centers, etc.
